All bank transactions require two authorized signatories, ensuring checks and balances in financial decision-making and transaction approval.
General Meetings are chaired by the Chairman, or the General Manager in their absence, ensuring consistent leadership and direction.
Meetings follow a strict agenda, ensuring orderly discussions, efficient use of time, and comprehensive coverage of important topics.
Interpreters are appointed by the General Meeting to facilitate communication and ensure all participants can fully engage in discussions.
Proposals must be submitted in writing to ensure clarity, proper consideration, and accurate record-keeping of all decisions.
Voting is primarily by show of hands, with secret ballots reserved for elections, ensuring transparency in decision-making.
We maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct across all levels of our organization. Misconduct by leaders or players, including failure to fulfill contractual obligations, is subject to our comprehensive disciplinary framework.
Temporary suspension while matters are thoroughly investigated
Formal warnings for minor infractions or first-time offenses
Formal reprimands for serious violations of conduct
Fines ranging from TZS 50,000 to TZS 100,000
Removal from the organization for severe violations
Individuals have the right to appeal disciplinary decisions within fourteen (14) days of receiving a written judgment.
Further appeals can be made to higher sports bodies if not satisfied with the initial appeal decision.
Sports-related disputes are not permitted in civil courts, except in cases of criminal offenses.
The final decision rests with the Minister responsible for Sports in Tanzania.
